Jasmine House Plan

The Jasmine house plan is perfect for a narrow, sloping house lot. This innovative house design maximizes living space while taking advantage of what otherwise would be a difficult place to build a home. Its versatility isn't just skin deep. With a width of just thirty-nine feet and four inches, this home design packs 2072 square feet of living space in its narrow form. The expansive sun deck off the great room helps to blur the line between indoors and outdoors. While the second floor patio takes full advantage of any views the house lot may have. Incorporating classical elements like lap siding and a front porch with sturdy columns and a metal roof, this house plan evokes a warm, coastal tidewater style. However, this design would feel just as at home in a country or a traditional neighborhood setting. With the walkout basement, the Jasmine design is particularly well suited for mountain settings. The unfinished flex space in the walkout basement adds versatility to this design. Coupled with the optional in-law suite, the Jasmine makes for an ideal multi-generational home plan. This 3-story house plan is a great choice if you are looking for a Craftsman style, farmhouse inspired, versatile floor plan for your narrow lot.
