Jansyn Cunyus

Hi!! I'm Jansyn and thanks for stopping by! I'm passionate about health and food as medicine. I have my master's in Clinical Health Psychology, am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and am trained to interpret functional blood chemistry levels. I believe in going back to the basics of a healthy lifestyle which includes proper hydration, nutrient dense foods, sleep hygiene, gut health, stress management, and movement or exercise. I'm wife to Coe and mama to Kellen, the reason for my determination on this journey. As I was going through the Nutritional Therapy program, I noticed a set of symptoms and behaviors in my little boy that merited a diagnosis. I am working to heal him from the inside out by detoxing his body and addressing his gut/brain connection. Most of our symptoms are rooted in gut health, including psychological symptoms. I'm always on a mission to find the root cause of symptoms. Most of the time, these symptoms tell us about something deeper that is going on. I'm like a detective and work to rule out all possible explanations. Whether it's increased inflammation, an unbalanced gut microbiome, or hormone imbalances, there is a way to improve your symptoms and restore your health. Remember, your life is your story and while you may not be able to choose the beginning, you can choose the ending!  One-month assessment of your Nutritional Therapy $250.00 Website Link
