Janice Barringer Ballet Syllabus – Grade 3 Ballet (CD & DVD Bundle)

Janice Barringer Grade 3 Ballet Technique Bundle includes music on a 3-disc CD set and video on DVD.  This is the 7th level of Janice Barringer’s Technique and is intended for 13-15-year-old students. Battement soutenu and fondu are executed en relevé. Rond de jambe is more complicated and longer. Double frappé, faster petit battement, battement tendu pour batterie, tombé coupé, rond de jambe en l’air, penché arabesque, pas de bourré en tournant, different forms of sissonne, grand battement jeté pointé, balançoire and beginning exercises for beats are introduced at the barre. Center floor the student will learn a full adage with développé. Intermediate jumps and leaps such as grand jeté and grand jeté en tournant are combined in basic combinations.
