Defiant Strength Ground Base Glute Developer

Ground Base Glute Developer The Defiant Strength Ground Base Glute/Ham Developer is an exceptional tool for training both eccentric and concentric hamstring movements. This equipment offers distinct advantages for beginners, as it positions the user only an arm’s length from the ground. However, it also presents a greater challenge for stronger athletes, as performing a true glute/ham raise on this bench is more demanding than on a typical GHD machine. If space is a constraint but maximum knee flexion and gastrocnemius involvement are needed, the Ground Base Glute/Ham Developer is the ideal solution.
