Jaltest MHE Kit

Jaltest MHE Kit — All-Makes Material Handling Equipment Diagnostics (SKU 70001049) The Jaltest MHE Kit (SKU 70001049, MSRP $3,500) is a purpose-built, all-makes diagnostic system for material handling equipment. One tool. One license. Coverage across forklifts, articulated boom lifts, pallet jacks, harbour cranes, lift platforms, and material handlers — from over 86 brands. If your shop, fleet, or facility services a mixed yard of equipment from multiple manufacturers, this is the tool that replaces the stack of OEM scan tools you'd otherwise need to own and maintain. What Equipment Does It Cover? The Jaltest MHE Kit covers the full range of powered material handling equipment: Forklifts — counterbalance, reach trucks, order pickers, rough terrain Articulated boom lifts and scissor lifts Pallet jacks (powered) Harbour cranes Lift platforms and aerial work platforms (AWPs) Material handlers Whether the machine runs on diesel, LPG, gasoline, or electric power, the Jaltest MHE Kit supports it. That electric coverage is increasingly important as fleet operators add lithium-powered forklifts and electric AWPs alongside their diesel equipment. ECU Systems Covered The MHE Kit gives you access to all ECUs across the machine: Engines Transmissions Aftertreatment systems (DPF, SCR, EGR) Hydraulics Body computer / chassis electronics Dealer-Level Functional Tests and Calibrations DPF regenerations — force a stationary regen on diesel MHE to clear a loaded filter Aftertreatment resets — reset ash load, soot load, and service counters after service Injector calibrations — cylinder balance and injector coding on supported engines Hydraulic calibrations — calibrate valve banks, pressure settings, and flow parameters on supported machines Brand Coverage — Over 86 Manufacturers The Jaltest MHE Kit covers equipment from the following manufacturers: AGRIMAC, AUSA, BOBCAT, BT, CASE, CATERPILLAR, CESAB, CLARK, COMBILIFT, CROWN DOOSAN, GENIE, HANGCHA, HAULOTTE, HELI, HYSTER, HYUNDAI CE JCB, JLG, JOHN DEERE, JUNGHEINRICH, KALMAR, KONECRANES, KUBOTA LIEBHERR, LINDE, MANITOU, MERLO, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, SANY SKYJACK, SKYTRAK, SNORKEL, STILL, TAYLOR, TEREX, TOYOTA UNICARRIERS, WACKER NEUSON, YALE, ZAPI, ZOOMLION, and more Who Is This Kit For? Equipment rental companies — your yard has CAT, Genie, JLG, and Skyjack. One tool covers all of them for pre-rental checks, fault diagnosis, and aftertreatment service. Large private fleets — distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics operations with 20+ units of mixed MHE benefit immediately from not sending every non-engine fault to the dealer. Public services and municipal operations — airports, port authorities, and government facilities running diverse equipment from multiple procurement cycles. Non-specialized all-makes shops — if MHE comes through your door regularly and you're currently limited to engine-level diagnosis, the MHE Kit opens up full-system work across the entire machine. Airport ground support facilities — ground handling equipment, baggage tugs, and cargo loaders covered. Recommended Cable Kit The Jaltest MHE USA Cable Kit (SKU 70002032, $795) is the recommended companion cable set for North American MHE coverage. It includes cables for Deutz, CAT/Perkins, Kubota, E-Controls, Hyster/Yale, and Mitsubishi/Caterpillar equipment. Sold separately. Important: License Structure for the MHE Kit The Jaltest MHE Kit operates as a standalone platform. Unlike other Jaltest kits, the MHE Kit does not support additional licenses or software module upgrades. It is designed specifically for material handling equipment and is not combinable with Jaltest CV, OHW, Marine, or AGR modules. If your shop services both commercial trucks and forklifts, you would need a separate Jaltest CV kit for the truck side. Call us if you have questions about the right kit configuration for a mixed-work shop — we'll walk through it with you. The Business Case at $3,500 A single DPF regeneration job that would otherwise go to the dealer can run $300-$600 in dealer labor. A hydraulic calibration after a valve swap, or an injector coding job after a fuel system repair, adds similar value. If your operation handles these jobs internally on even a handful of machines per year, the MHE Kit pays for itself quickly. For a rental company or large fleet, the payback timeline is measured in months, not years. Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
