Jalapeno Jack

Experience the bold and spicy kick of our Raw Jalapeño Jack cheese, crafted from the mild, smooth base of Monterey Jack and infused with vibrant, flavorful jalapeños. This cheese combines the creamy richness of traditional Monterey Jack with a zesty heat, creating a perfect balance that adds excitement to any dish. Our Jalapeño Jack is made the way cheese was meant to be made, using raw A2 milk to retain all of its natural enzymes and nutrients. Unlike many industrial cheeses, we use traditional animal rennet (no vegetable or GMO FPC rennet here!) to create a cheese that’s more authentic and easier on the digestive system. The raw milk used in our cheese comes from 100% grass-fed, regeneratively raised Jersey cows that are rotated on lush pastures. Their diet of diverse, nutrient-dense forage contributes to healthier cows and, ultimately, healthier cheese. These cows are A2A2, meaning they produce milk that’s gentler on the digestive system, allowing even those sensitive to dairy to enjoy this delicious cheese without discomfort. Our Jalapeño Jack cheese is more than just a spicy snack—it’s a connection to ancient traditions. For over 7,000 years, our ancestors consumed raw cheese, benefiting from its wealth of nutrients, including bioavailable calcium, vitamin K2, lactoferrin, and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals. This practice, passed down through generations, gave them a nutrient-dense source of protein, vitamins, and probiotics that supported gut health and overall wellness. Raw cheese, as it was meant to be, is a true superfood that has stood the test of time. Say goodbye to pasteurized cheeses that lack flavor and nutrients, and sometimes contain weird dyes and additives, and embrace the rich, nourishing experience of our Jalapeño Jack—made with traditional methods, premium A2 raw milk, and a spicy twist that will keep you coming back for more.
