Jake Adams Single Jointed Copper Beval Bit

The Single Jointed Copper Beval Bit offers a straightforward design that combines direct communication with mild leverage. The single joint mouthpiece applies focused pressure on the tongue and bars, while the Beval cheeks allow for a small degree of poll action through rein placement. The copper mouthpiece promotes natural salivation, helping the horse remain comfortable and accepting of the contact.  Key Features of Copper Mouthpieces: Stimulates salivation: The natural copper taste increases moisture in the mouth, improving comfort. Promotes acceptance: Horses often foam more with copper, making them more willing to take the contact. Maintains a softer mouth: Helps prevent dryness and resistance, supporting a steadier connection. Single Joint Features: Focused Contact: The single joint design concentrates pressure on the tongue and bars, creating clear communication between the horse and rider. Direct Function: This bit’s simple, direct action is ideal for horses that respond well to straightforward cues. Supports Engagement: With clear signals, the single joint encourages horses to stay focused on the rider’s aids, enhancing responsiveness and connection. Beval Design Features: Subtle Leverage: The Beval design creates slight leverage, providing the rider with more precise communication and encouraging a lighter, more responsive horse. Multiple Rein Options: The Beval allows riders to attach reins at different points for varied levels of pressure, making it adaptable to different riding situations and horse sensitivities. Enhanced Responsiveness: The subtle leverage combined with the soft mouthpiece encourages horses to stay engaged without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.
