Jake Adams Double Twisted Wire Pelham Bit

The Double Twisted Wire Pelham Bit combines the defined communication of a double twisted wire mouthpiece with the versatile leverage of a Pelham design. This bit provides increased control and engagement, making it suitable for horses that require leverage and balanced head carriage. Key Features of the Double Twisted Wire Mouthpiece: Offset Design for Comfort: Prevents pinching by positioning the wires to fit more naturally in the horse’s mouth thus improving comfort during use. Targeted Pressure Distribution: The twisted wires create specific points of contact, encouraging horses to respond with precision and attentiveness. Supports Balanced Riding: Helps horses maintain a lighter frame, promoting smoother transitions and improved engagement.  Pelham Design Features: Versatile Rein Options: The Pelham design allows for multiple rein placements, offering the rider flexibility in how much leverage they want to apply based on their riding situation. Balanced Leverage: The shanks of the Pelham provide balanced leverage, giving riders the option to gently lift the horse when needed while maintaining a soft, comfortable feel. Encourages Responsiveness: Even with the added leverage, the Pelham design helps horses remain responsive and engaged, promoting better communication between horse and rider.
