Jaguar V-series Plotters

The GCC Jaguar V Vinyl Cutter is a professional-grade cutting plotter built for high-speed, precise cutting of paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vinyl, signage materials, and other supported films. Designed for demanding production environments, the Jaguar V combines fast cutting speeds, accurate media tracking, powerful cutting force, and advanced positioning technology to streamline automotive film and graphics workflows. With cutting speeds up to 60 inches per second, up to 600g of cutting force, and GCC's precision media handling system, the Jaguar V is designed to deliver clean, repeatable cuts across both detailed patterns and longer production runs. Select Jaguar V LX models also feature GCC's AAS II Automatic-Aligning System for advanced contour-cutting applications. Key Features & Benefits 🔹 Built for PPF & Window Tint – Pair the Jaguar V with compatible third-party cutting software and vehicle pattern libraries to accurately cut PPF and window tint patterns before installation. 🔹 High-Speed Cutting – Cuts at speeds up to 60 inches per second (1,530 mm/sec) to help reduce production time and keep busy installation shops moving. 🔹 Up to 600g Cutting Force – Provides the cutting power needed for a wide range of compatible films and materials. 🔹 Precise Long-Run Tracking – GCC's grid drum and precision-engineered media system provide tracking capability up to 10 meters, helping maintain accuracy during longer cuts. 🔹 AAS II Automatic Alignment – Available on Jaguar V LX models, GCC's Automatic-Aligning System automatically detects registration marks for accurate contour cutting. 🔹 Segmental Positioning – Automatically scans registration marks individually to compensate for shifts or crooked printed graphics. 🔹 Section Cutting – Breaks long plot data into individual sections, allowing the machine to realign before cutting each section for improved accuracy. 🔹 Automatic Rotation – LX models can recognize material feed direction through registration marks and automatically rotate the cutting content when required. 🔹 Tangential Mode – Helps produce smooth corners and clean edges when cutting small lettering, intricate graphics, and thicker materials. 🔹 Adjustable Media Support – Supports roll media while helping reduce drifting and alignment problems during operation. 🔹 Triple-Port Connectivity – USB 2.0, RS-232 serial, and Ethernet connections provide flexible integration into your shop's workflow. 🔹 Multiple Sizes Available – Jaguar V models are available in several cutting widths to accommodate different film sizes and production requirements. How to Use Load your compatible roll media into the Jaguar V and position the pinch rollers correctly for the material width. Set the appropriate blade depth, cutting force, speed, and other parameters for the material being cut. Load or create your pattern using compatible cutting software. Position the starting point and perform a test cut when working with a new material or blade setup. Send the cutting file to the Jaguar V through USB, serial, or Ethernet. Allow the cutter to complete the pattern, then carefully remove and weed or install the finished material as required. Pro Tip: Always perform a test cut when changing film type, blade, or cutting settings. Using only enough blade exposure and force to cleanly cut the film can help improve cutting consistency and blade life. Why We Love It The GCC Jaguar V brings the speed and precision of a dedicated professional plotter into PPF, tint, vinyl, and automotive restyling workflows. For shops cutting vehicle patterns every day, accurate tracking and repeatable cuts can make a major difference in material usage and installation efficiency. We especially like the combination of 60 ips cutting speed, 600g cutting force, long-run tracking, and advanced positioning features. When paired with compatible vehicle-pattern software, the Jaguar V can become a central part of a professional film installation workflow—allowing installers to spend less time manually trimming material and more time completing clean, efficient installations.
