JAE SINGLE JOINTED LEATHER COVERED PELHAM

The Single Joint Leather Covered Pelham Bit has a stainless steel core wrapped in leather, providing strength while offering a softer surface than a bare metal bit. The leather naturally softens slightly when moistened, providing a gentler surface that many horses with sensitive mouths accept more easily. Flat, non-abrasive stitching keeps the mouthpiece smooth, reducing the risk of irritation. Pelham cheekpieces allow for curb and poll pressure when needed, offering additional leverage while maintaining steady contact. Ideal for horses that require leverage but benefit from a leather covered mouthpiece rather than a standard metal bit.
