JAE LOCKING ELLIPTICAL FULL CHEEK

The Locking Elliptical Full Cheek Bit combines a double-jointed elliptical mouthpiece with a locking mechanism for steady, even pressure distribution. The full cheek design provides exceptional lateral stability, ensuring clear guidance and a secure, comfortable fit. This bit is ideal for horses requiring precise, consistent communication and added assistance during turning. Key Features of the Locking Elliptical Mouthpiece: Limited Movement: The locking mechanism restricts the degree to which the bit can collapse, preventing it from forming a sharp angle that could cause discomfort. This provides a more stable and predictable communication with the horse’s mouth. Even Pressure Distribution: By limiting excessive movement, locking bits distribute pressure more evenly across the tongue and bars. This reduces the likelihood of pinching or causing discomfort.  Enhanced Communication: The consistent action of a locking bit allows for clearer signals from the rider. This facilitates communication encouraging a more responsive horse. Full Cheek Design Features: Enhanced Stability: The full cheek design prevents the bit from sliding through the horse’s mouth, providing more stable lateral guidance. Direct Contact: The extended cheekpieces offer more direct cues, helping horses maintain better balance and stay on track. Encourages Responsiveness: The full cheek bit design promotes consistent, gentle guidance, making it easier for the horse to stay engaged and responsive during rides.
