JAE LARGE COPPER PORT 2 RING

The Large Copper Port Two-Ring Bit features a copper mouthpiece with a port that sits above the tongue and engages the palate when rein pressure is applied. This encourages proper head elevation and discourages leaning or heavy contact. Two-ring cheekpieces allow for rein placement options, offering adjustable leverage while maintaining a stable connection. Ideal for experienced riders working with well-trained horses that respond to palate engagement and benefit from the natural salivation promoted by copper. Key Features of the Large Copper Port Mouthpiece : Palate Engagement : The large port sits above the tongue and makes contact with the palate when reins are engaged, encouraging the horse to elevate its head. Suitable only for well-trained horses and experienced riders. Tongue clearance : The port provides space for the tongue, helping prevent the horse from getting its tongue over the bit and allowing a more natural mouth position. Copper Material : The copper encourages salivation, keeping the mouth moister and more responsive, which supports softer, attentive contact. Two-Ring Design Features : Extra Control When You Need It : The two-ring design gives you options for different levels of control, making it easy to adjust how much pressure you apply. It is great for horses that may need a little extra guidance. Multiple Rein Placements : With the two rings, you can choose different rein positions to control the level of leverage, allowing flexibility for various riding situations. Encourages Relaxation : Even with the added control, the bit’s design helps keep your horse relaxed and responsive, avoiding unnecessary tension.
