JAE CURB CHAIN LOOSE RING

The Curb Chain Loose Ring Bit features a fully mobile stainless steel chain mouthpiece that discourages leaning or bracing.  Loose ring cheekpieces allow the bit to move freely, encouraging jaw mobility and preventing the horse from locking against the contact. Ideal for horses that lean on the bit and benefit from a mobile mouthpiece.  Key Features of the Curb Chain Mouthpiece : Fully Mobile Chain : The interlinked stainless steel chain moves freely over the tongue and bars, allowing the mouthpiece to adapt to the horse’s natural movements. Even Pressure Distribution : With no joints or ports, pressure is spread across the tongue and bars, reducing concentrated points and encouraging lighter, more responsive contact. Discourages Bracing : The design makes it difficult for horses to lean or take hold of the bit, helping maintain attentiveness and a soft, steady connection. Loose Ring Design Features : Increased Flexibility : The loose ring design allows the bit rings to move independently, minimizing pressure on the horse’s mouth and encouraging relaxation. Adaptive Control : The strength and effectiveness of the bit vary depending on factors such as material, thickness, and overall design. Pinch Prevention : For horses with sensitive mouth corners, rubber bit rings can be added to prevent pinching and increase comfort.
