Jade - giclee prints

Years ago I painted a background on a 32x40 matt board, but never did anything with it. I was in love with the colors and the texture of the finished background, but I was perplexed on what I wanted to do next. Literately 15 plus years later, I pulled the board out and placed it on my painting easel and stared at the matt board and still drew a blank. After a while of staring at the matt board my daughter walks in the room and asked “Why are you staring at the board?” I informed her that she was a baby when I first started this painting, but I did not know what to add to it next. She looked at the board for about 30 seconds and said “Paint an elephant” and walked away. Ladies and gentlemen; I introduce you to… “Jade”… named after my daughter. “Jade” original acrylic paint on matt board approximately 32x40 Giclee Prints - Cold Press Fine Art Paper - 8x10, 16x20, 24x30, 32x40
