What's Included 1 x Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 Portable Power Station Dune White 1 x AC Charging Cable 1 x User Manual Frequently Asked Questions What devices can the Explorer 1000 v2 power? It can run any device under 1500W continuous draw. This includes full-size refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, electric griddles, space heaters (low setting), power tools, televisions, CPAP machines, and all laptops and phones. The 3000W surge capacity accommodates the startup draw of refrigerators and pumps. How long will it run my refrigerator? A typical modern energy-efficient refrigerator consumes 40–60W per hour. The Explorer 1000 v2 will power it for approximately 18–24 hours on a full charge. Actual runtime depends on ambient temperature, how frequently the door is opened, and the specific model. Can I use the Explorer 1000 v2 while it is charging? Yes. The unit supports pass-through charging, allowing you to power devices while the power station itself is recharged via AC, car, or solar input. What is Emergency Charging Mode? Emergency Charging Mode is a high-speed AC charging protocol that delivers a full recharge in just 1.7 hours. It can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery mobile app. When active, the SOC indicator pulses at an accelerated rate to confirm the mode is engaged. Is the Explorer 1000 v2 compatible with third-party solar panels? Yes. The DC input accepts 16–60V ⎓ 10.5A up to 400W. To connect a non-Jackery panel, you will need a DC8020 adapter cable (sold separately). How is the v2 different from the original Explorer 1000? The v2 features a complete redesign: upgraded LiFePO₄ battery chemistry with 4000-cycle lifespan, 18% smaller and lighter chassis, foldable handle, emergency super charging (1.7 hours), ChargeShield 2.0 with 62 protection mechanisms, and improved USB-C output options.
