Satin • is a silky finish that's not quite matte with very little shimmer Matte • matte has no shimmer TO APPLY Apply on top of our Pretty Paint Eyeshadow Primer or Hello Pretty Under Eye Brightener for extended wear time. We recommend using a brush to apply shadow to eyes as an eyeshadow or eyeliner.  Apply with a wet brush to intensify the shadow color. This product comes in the pan only. • Create your own palette with our Pretty Forever Palette or Pretty Forever Compact.
