Iylia Monastrell

IYLIA Monastrell Rosé wine originates from the Valencian region of Spain, created by a family-owned winery with centuries of winemaking tradition. We use the Monastrell grape, also known as Mourvèdre, a thick-skinned, red wine grape with a full body and an intense yet elegant flavor profile. We chose this vibrant grape variety for its stunningly refined taste. By meticulously controlling the temperature during fermentation, we capture the luscious black fruit flavors of plum, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. This process preserves the grape's natural aroma, enhancing the strength and flavor of every sip. Our commitment to quality shines through in every bottle of IYLIA Monastrell Rosé. The wine's refined flavor is a testament to our skill and passion. With each sip, you experience the rich, complex taste that the Monastrell grape offers. The result is a Rosé that is not only visually stunning but also delightfully complex and satisfying. Enjoy IYLIA Monastrell Rosé on a warm summer day or pair it with a meal. This wine promises a memorable tasting experience that reflects the rich heritage and craftsmanship of its origins. It's a celebration of tradition, quality, and the unique terroir of the Valencian region, bringing elegance to every occasion. TASTING NOTES Color A vibrantly rich watermelon hue.
