/how-to-use-break]As with any cast-iron product, take care when cleaning. Wash with soap and warm water, then dry throughly and lightly oil to prevent rusting. This pan is coated with food grade heat-resistant silicone, which is applied to prevent rust until it reaches the customer. This coating will gradually come off after use. Continue to season and reseason after each use.
