IVES FS452

Mounted at the bottom corner of the door, the IVES FS452 kick down door holder does exactly as its name indicates. In a school and institutional setting, you'll find the FS452 on classroom doors and gymnasium doors, where it is important to have the ability to temporarily keep the door open for providing passage to students before and after class. Kick down door holders are useful for airport and store restroom doors, for medical office closet and storage spaces, conference room doors, and any door within a building where you need the option to keep the door open. You, your patrons, staff, or trade workers will be able to come and go without you having to keep unlocking it. This conveniece is especially appreciated when moving boxes, cleaning, and meetings.
