ISSEY MIYAKE OFF WHITE PANTS WITH APRON

Resurrection Vintage is excited to offer a pair of vintage Issey Miyake off-white trouser ensemble featuring an integrated wrap apron detail, embodying the designer’s signature balance of utility, fluidity, and sculptural construction. Rendered in a soft ivory tone with a subtly crinkled texture, the trousers fall in a relaxed straight-leg silhouette that moves effortlessly with the body. Layered over the waist is an attached wrap-style apron panel, complete with oversized patch pockets and side ties that introduce dimension and an almost deconstructed sensibility to the piece. The understated palette allows the intricacy of the construction to take focus, highlighting Miyake’s innovative approach to form and function. Delicate seam work and tonal layering create quiet depth, while the airy fabrication lends an ease that feels both utilitarian and refined. An elegant example of early 2000s Issey Miyake design, this piece merges practicality with avant-garde minimalism, offering a sophisticated reinterpretation of everyday dressing.
