This is instant soup made using Japanese ingredients without the use of chemical seasonings or extracts. The flavor comes from sardine shavings, bonito, and kelp! All you need to do is put two teaspoons in a cup or bowl and pour some hot water. You can use this as a base to make ochazuke (rice in soup) or mixed rice! This instant soup is light but packed with umami. You can adjust the taste by adding salt or soy sauce.
