Lockout Tagout Isolation Certificate

The isolation certificate is a great way to control the hazards associated with Lockout Tagout activities. Here's how it works: The document has two copies. The second copy stays with the person carrying out the isolation activity. The reverse of the third copy is a sign that is displayed where the work is taking place to let other know an isolation is in progress. $3.10 per isolation certificate (minimum order is 5 certificates). If you'd like to order more than 100 the price per unit reduces. Please contact us or an SG World USA distribution partner for quantity pricing. It is customizable for quantities over 50. A plastic display pouch of the sign on the back of the second copy is sold separately. Magnetic sings that are the same design as the reverse of the isolation certificate are available here.
