The Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Bench Press boasts individual weight horns that allow for balanced strength growth through independent divergent and convergent movements. This machine offers two grip options, the Horizontal (IL-BP) and Vertical (IL-BPV), to imitate standard bench presses or athletic movements.
