Allows for the mounting of an ISCG-05 chainguide or bashguard to a frame without ISCG-05 tabs. Only compatible with frames featuring (threaded) BSA BB shell. Mounts between drive-side BB cup and shell. Incompatible with some carbon frames. Best used with metal BB shells. The adapter's tabs sit flush with the face of the BB shell.
