Starry Starry Iron Stars

These Cast Iron Stars are created during Starry Starry Iron Pour Performances at various sites across the USA such as at Salem Art Works, Bethlehem Steel, PA, Carrie Furnaces in Pittsburgh and at the National Casting Center Foundry, Alfred, NY. The stars are artifacts form the performance that have now found homes in gardens and homes of individuals.  The first main performance was held at Salem Art works where the Cast Iron Stars were cast at dusk and some where left as a monument to the event. Purchase of these stars help fund Starry Starry Iron Pour Performances such as you can see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAXiInCW0a8 There are two types of stars, one the five pointed star (star fish) and the other is an eight pointed Star. Both are available on a stem which can be planted in the ground or individual to be hung with a chain or on the wall. Bethlehem Stars are also available at the Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem, PA.
