Iron Mesa Leather Ottoman

The Iron Mesa Leather Ottoman is a commanding statement piece that blends rugged Western luxury with refined architectural design. 100% American made to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, this heirloom-quality ottoman is built for discerning interiors that demand authenticity, durability, and elevated style. The generously scaled rectangular top features a tailored, boxed cushion silhouette with softly rounded corners and clean, knife-edge seaming. Upholstered in a rich taupe color croc-embossed leather, the surface showcases dramatic natural texture with deep espresso undertones and subtle charcoal lowlights. This sophisticated stone hue offers a warm neutral foundation, allowing the ottoman to anchor both modern ranch and refined rustic spaces with ease. The intricate embossed pattern adds depth, movement, and a luxurious tactile quality that elevates the entire piece. Beneath the upholstered top, a custom architectural steel base creates striking contrast. Finished in a matte blackened iron, the base features substantial square legs paired with sculptural, arched stretchers that sweep inward to meet a linear support bar. The curved foot design introduces visual tension against the structured rectangular top, delivering a balanced blend of strength and sophistication. This forged-metal foundation not only provides exceptional stability but also enhances the ottoman’s bold, contemporary ranch aesthetic. The Iron Mesa Leather Ottoman functions effortlessly as a cocktail ottoman, centerpiece coffee table alternative, or statement accent at the foot of a bed. Its clean lines, premium materials, and American craftsmanship ensure it remains timeless in both design and construction. Overall Dimensions: 48" W x 36" D x 19" H Leather Description: This is a full grain aniline leather tanned in a historic leather producing region of Italy using English hides. The century old tannery prepares this leather article by applying a hot wax, then turning the hides in old wooden tanning drums overnight to soften the natural fibers and impart it with a remarkable suppleness. The leather is then upholstered in its "crust form" on the furniture in North Carolina, After the furniture is made our leather artisans apply a multi step hand rubbed Patina using the same waxes and pigments used in Italy. Performing this process on the actual finished piece allows our artisans to develop a unique Patina, composition, and overall essence that creates a piece of furniture that has uniqueness, character and style that matches the individual who's selecting it. This leather imparts the feeling of a softer, well broken in leather one might find on a decades old chair discovered in a French country estate or the Parisian flea market. The leather is brand new from our Artisans hands... without the aging issues that sometimes come from the hands of time. Truly a unique, hand-made article in an era when only companies committed to the highest standards lavish this sort of attention and time to unique American made furniture. True 100% top/full grain cowhide leather is characterized by variations in shade, texture, color and grain. Healed marks and scars are normal and enhance the natural beauty of the hides. These variations are normal and unique features of true authentic 100% top/full grain cowhide leather. Want Additional Information or Need Assistance Making a Purchase?
