Iron Grip Olympic Plates

We wanted to create something that truly stands apart from the standard iron plates you see everywhere. Taking inspiration from our Rubber Grip Plates, we designed these irons to offer more functionality and make everyday training more versatile. Built for Real Training These cast-iron plates feel dense, solid, and made for work. The durable black coating helps protect against rust, chips, and the normal wear and tear plates face over time. Easy to Handle The 10lb, 25lb, and 45lb plates feature a four-hole grip design that makes them incredibly easy to pick up, load, and use for more than just barbell lifts. The handles are smooth, ergonomic, and comfortable in your hands—moving them around the gym is a breeze. You really can’t go wrong with these plates. Their versatility shines with movements like carries, lunges, overhead work, pushes, and plenty of functional exercises beyond the barbell. Thin, Efficient Profile Cast iron keeps these plates slim on the bar, allowing for more weight to be loaded. That means heavier squats, benches, deadlifts, and more room to chase new PRs. The precision-machined 2" center hole provides a snug, consistent fit on any Olympic bar, reducing unnecessary shifting for smoother reps. If you appreciate the classic sound and feel of real iron, these plates are made for you. Simple, tough, and built for daily use in home gyms, garage gyms, and commercial settings alike. *Please note: These plates are economy style as most cast iron plates. These may experience paint chips and smaller cosmetic blemishes during the shipping process. If you're looking for more premium style we would recommend our Rubber Grip Olympic Plates or Bumper plates. If you're looking for an economy style that is versatile and functional these may be perfect for you.*
