Gymnastics-style movements, weight training, and related activities can result in serious injury or death. By using this equipment, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your own safety. This equipment must only be used for its designated purpose. Understand both your physical abilities and the limitations of the product. Locked grips can occur if the material wraps too far around the bar and becomes stuck. To reduce this risk, choose the correct size, secure the wrist strap properly, learn how to release your grip during movements, and always dismount with control. Inspect your grips before every use. Check for wear, tears, or defects. Test stability and confirm that all equipment including your pull-up bar or rings is properly installed and secure. Do not use damaged or unstable gear. Only you can ensure your safety. Proper training, caution, and control are essential.
