IRLA Pack: Running

Accept Our Running Challenges and Cross Your Personal Finish Lines! Your feet pound the ground in front of you. Your thighs throb with exhaustion. Your race is so tight, your margin for error so thin, you can't turn your eye even for a moment to see who's gaining on you -- and there's always someone. Your lungs burn for one more breath to run one more inch. Completing a running challenge takes discipline. It takes effort every day to shave the splinter of a split-second off your time that may mean the difference between winning and losing. It takes extraordinary willpower to overcome the series of challenges that victory demands to reach your personal goals, and we think you deserve a personal reward: our IRLA Running challenge medal! What are IRLA challenge medals? Our line of In Real Life Achievement awards, or IRLAs, lets you set goals in a variety of interests and reward yourself for milestones on your way to total mastery. Our IRLA challenge medals are visual reminders of the challenges you've faced and defeated. You can show off your IRLA Running challenge medal in its own stand, use multiple stands to display all the minor running challenges leading up to it, wear your challenge medal in a necklace, and wear any (or all!) of your minor challenge medals, too. Along with IRLA Running, we have other physical fitness challenges like strength training for people who lift weights, water drinking challenges to stay hydrated, and weight loss challenges. We've got more IRLA challenge medals than just health and wellness. Give yourself an IRLA for reading challenges to broaden your literary horizons and make books a bigger part of your life. Unplug all your devices for a digital detox. Our IRLA virtual challenge medals make great gifts for adulting, too, especially younger early achievers and tech-savvy millennials.  See all our IRLA challenge medals. What running challenges must I complete? Kick-start your motivation with our IRLA Running challenges and put yourself in a competitive mindset -- even if your only opponent is yourself. Run a mile Run a 5k race Run a 10k race Run a half marathon race Run a marathon race Each challenge brings you a step closer to where you want to be. Running goes beyond racing. It's a state of mind that motivates you in all aspects of success at work, at home, with family, and more. Some days are race days, but you can make every day a run day. Can I make my own running challenges? IRLA Running challenge medals are for both beginners and longtime runners. If you're already a 5K and 10Ker, add your own obstacles to our running challenges. Run 5K in the rain, run 10K over gravel or grass, or run a mile with ankle weights. If you're not running to compete yet, reward yourself just for finishing a 5K or 10K run. Are you developing your pace to meet a race time challenge? Give yourself your 5K award when you can run it at your personal best. You set your limits, and your successes are up to you. How do IRLA challenges work? When you accept our IRLA challenges, you receive a box of four minor challenges and the last major challenge for the complete set. Use your phone to scan your Introductory IRLA and get our IRLA app, where you can track your progress and compare your goals with a like-minded community.
