IRLA Pack: Hydration

Take Our Water Drinking Challenge for Healthier Hydration! How much water do you drink every day? How much water should you drink every day? Clean, fresh H2O isn't just for athletes and water challenges. Water is vital for healthy skin, and it's important for balance of your bodily fluids, from blood to saliva to sweat. Feeling fatigued? Your muscles may need some hydration. Water keeps your kidneys cleansing your system and getting rid of natural toxins, so water drinking challenges help reduce your chance of illness. There's evidence to suggest that drinking lots of water reduces "water weight," the extra pounds that indicate you're "retaining water," because your body understands that it doesn't have to hoard water in case of an emergency. It's hard to remind yourself to drink several glasses of water each day, so set some goals, make it a game, and reward yourself with our IRLA Hydration challenge medal. What are IRLA challenge medals? Our line of In Real Life Achievement awards, or IRLAs, lets you set goals in a variety of interests and reward yourself for milestones on your way to total mastery. IRLA challenge medals are visual reminders of the challenges you've faced and defeated. You can show off your IRLA Hydration challenge medal in its own stand, use multiple stands to display all the minor water drinking challenges leading up to it, wear your challenge medal in a necklace, and wear any (or all!) of your minor challenge medals, too. In addition to IRLA Hydration for wellness, we've got physical fitness challenges like running and strength training or weightlifting. Take our weight loss challenge to shed pounds, get healthier, and feel better. We've got more IRLA challenge medals than just health and wellness. Take our movie watching challenge on your way to being a more well-rounded moviegoer -- even living your own dreams in Hollywood. Relax into our self-care challenge to slow down and recharge. Our drawing challenges help artists put in the work they need to improve their art. We've got challenges for reading, video games, tabletop games, and more. See all our IRLA challenge medals! What water drinking challenges must I complete? A water drinking challenge, also called simply a water challenge, is fun and healthy at the same time! The goal is to make drinking lots of water a routine you use every day without thinking. Drink at least one half-gallon of water every day for a week Drink one full gallon of water every day for two consecutive weeks Drink one full gallon of water every day for three consecutive weeks Drink one full gallon of water every day for a month Each challenge brings you a step closer to your water drinking goals. How do IRLA challenges work? When you accept our IRLA challenges, you receive a box of four minor challenges and the last major challenge for the complete set. Use your phone to scan your Introductory IRLA and get our IRLA app, where you can track your progress and compare your goals with a like-minded community. Open each IRLA as you complete your challenges! Are there other IRLA challenges? What do you want to experience, achieve, track, or improve? Choose your challenge awards!
