Irish Setter Nose Butter

Does Your Irish Setter Have A Rough, Dry Nose? Is It Crusty Or Cracked? But first, a tiny bit of the history of the Irish Setter. The original setters probably looked nothing like today's glorious mahogany dogs. They were speckled and smaller and bred 100% for birding ability. By the late 1700s to early 1800s the red dog we know today was preferred and selectively bred for by Irish gentry and working class. Your Irish Setter's Dry Nose Whether your Irish Setter's nose is a little bit dry or extremely dry, we've got good news! Nose Butter® will soothe and moisturize that poor dry nose and have your Irish Setter back on track fast. While we do see more dry noses in the flat-faced dog breeds, the dogs traditionally used for hunting birds, Setters and Spaniels et al, certainly have more than their fair share of nose issues.
