iPhone 17 Pro Max Microphone Repair

The iPhone 17 Pro Max has several microphones: one at the bottom for calls, and others near the cameras for video and noise cancellation. If people cannot hear you on calls, or your videos record with no sound, one of them has stopped working. About the iPhone 17 Pro MaxThe iPhone 17 Pro Max (2025) has a 6.9-inch ProMotion OLED display in an aluminum unibody frame. Its internal layout is tightly packed, so we work from the display side and reseal it properly afterwards. At launch it had the biggest battery Apple had put in an iPhone, inside the same full-width camera plateau design as the 17 Pro. Common questionsHow do I test my iPhone microphones at home?Record a voice memo (bottom mic), then a selfie video and a rear-camera video. Whichever recording is quiet or muffled tells you which microphone is failing. Does a case cause this?It can. A case that covers the mic holes muffles your voice. Try a call without the case before you order. How do I check that my phone is an iPhone 17 Pro Max?Open Settings > General > About. The Model Name line should read iPhone 17 Pro Max. If it shows something else, pick that model's repair instead, or call us and we will point you to the right one. Talk to a real technician at 888-494-4349, or email support@ifixyouri.com.
