iPhone 17 Loud Speaker Repair

If ringtones on your iPhone 17 sound thin, music crackles near full volume, or speakerphone has gone silent while calls through the earpiece are fine, the loud speaker is the likely culprit. Dust and pocket lint packed into the speaker grille can cause the same thing, so we always check that first. About the iPhone 17The iPhone 17 (2025) has a 6.3-inch ProMotion OLED display in an aluminum frame. Like every recent iPhone it is IP68 rated, but that seal weakens with age and every drop. The 17 brought ProMotion and the square Center Stage selfie camera to the standard iPhone for the first time.
