Ionized Magnesium

Magnesium supports more than 300 diverse biochemical reactions in the body, including the regulation of muscle and nerve function and the development and maintenance of proteins, bone, and DNA. Magnesium is a naturally calming mineral, often called the “anti-stress mineral” because it aids in calming nerves and soothing daily tensions. Food digestion, especially the activation of enzymes critical for protein and carbohydrate metabolism, is also a part of its duties. Magnesium is found in nerves, bowels, bones, ligaments, and cells throughout the entire body. Unfortunately, the body's rate of magnesium absorption may decline as we age. This makes it very important to ensure that your body has the appropriate level of magnesium to maintain proper function and performance. Do you want to improve your strength? Do you want to have a more positive outlook on life? Are you struggling to maintain normal muscle contraction? Magnesium may be just what you are looking for!
