K103 - Knitting In the Round

For those who know the basic stitches and want to take the next step, this session gets you knitting in the round. In this two-hour session, you'll learn circular needles vs. DPNs, joining without twisting, a discussion of magic loop, and basic 1x1 ribbing worked in the round. You'll leave with an in-the-round ribbing swatch and the knowledge to start a hat brim or small cowl. Come prepared: bring 100g of light-colored, smooth worsted weight yarn, 4.5mm 16" circular needles, and stitch markers. Before the session, cast on 84 stitches using the long tail cast on, on your 16" circular needles. Ready for more?
