• INTO THE UNDERWORLD ~ Aphrodisiac Elixir for Ancestral Journeying & Sexual Creativity • *This listing is for one 2oz matte black recyclable bottle. Take just a few drops of this Elixir in a safe space or out in the forest, close your eyes and put your hands over your womb or your heart. Relax & let these Underworld allies guide you beyond the veil..  The flavor of this Elixir is intense, primal & complex, reflective of the dynamic medicine & Wild spirit of these sacred allies, acrid from Artemisia yet sweetened with the gentle softness of Damiana & Black Cottonwood infused raw PNW honey. So many of my offerings are born of the Sabbaths & energies of the dark mystical season. My deep fascination for that which lies between the shadows. My primal desire to dream, and in the dreamworld, unlock the wild mysteries I feel when I bleed, when I make love, when I birth ideas, when I’m in “flow state” creative, passion-mind. Why are we here? What are we here to do? This dark space of curiosity has gripped me since I was a child trying to make sense of my existence in this vast world. This elixir was formulated to explore these curiosities & our natural abilities to commune with those whom have come before us. To be an aid in exploring our spirit intentions for being here. This dreaming or “journeying” quest of exploration is a primal itch of us simply existing. If you bleed or not, we’re all still born of the womb. As womb-beings, we all have the powerful ability to create, expand & explore these wild mysteries. This elixir ties all of these energies together ~ utilizing powerful psychoactive allies of the Moon, of the Dark Womb, of the Underworld ~ an often harsh place of deep reflection. Where we go to meet the raw parts, face the ancestors. It’s the world beyond the veil where life meets death, pain meets ecstasy, where we birth creativity, sensuality, sexuality. Wormwood, Mugwort, Damiana, Star Anise, Black Cottonwood & Raw honey. Birth, like creativity, is born of sexual passion. These ancient aphrodisiacs are known to enhance the libido, which allows us to explore & expand with deeper, rooted purpose & passion. This brew is fantastic for those who wish to conjure more creativity, pleasure & intimacy in their lives. These allies are here to help us dream & conjure ~ when we’re in an erotic/euphoric state, our defenses are down & we can more easily travel through the realms. When we bleed, when we make love, when we are in “flow state” - our passion-mind, our root portal can more easily access this Underworld space. It’s our best opportunity to commune with our bloodlines, set our intentions & discover our paths. Take up to 1 dropper full of this elixir whenever to conjure all that is stated above. It's a fantastic ally to use during the sabbaths as well as sacred experiences like while in ritual or ceremony. MEET THE ALLIES: 🌚 Mugwort & Wormwood ~ they are thought of as psychoactive sisters of the Moonlight & keepers of the mysterious feminine. Combined they enhance each others magic. Mugwort is one of the most important ritual plants of Germanic peoples. Her powers to summon vivid, prophetic dreaming is unparalleled. Her element is Earth; protective & grounding, she roots us while allowing us to travel beyond the veil. She’s heavily used in scrying practices & ancestral communing ceremonies. She’s known to have an affinity with the womb with her ability to increase lustful desires, fertility & help regulate cycles, making her an incredible ally for Moontime Journeying.  🌚  Her Wild sister, Wormwood ~ “Old Woman” holds a fiery energy that rings true in her strong aromatics & harsh acrid flavor. She’s powerful, one of the oldest plants known, also protective in nature, calling forth the spirits, conjuring deep love & enhancing psychic visions. She has a deep relation with Hecate & Hel ~ goddesses of the Underworld. She is also a sister of the Moon with her affinity for the womb. Her guidance in divination, clairvoyance & journeying helps stimulate creativity with deep lustful passion.  🌚 Damiana ~ is a potent aphrodisiac. She’s an ancient erotic herb knowing to bring upon bright visions with her ability to pull us out from darkness. She enhances lobido while uplifting & tonifying the mind. She helps open the dark parts so we can process trauma & stuck grief. She conjures a sense of strength & courage for vulnerability, helping restore a passion for life while physically & spiritually stimulating desires.  🌚 Star Anise ~ is a magical ally known for associations with fertility & the Underworld, for love & protection. She’s thought of as a ‘psychic shield’ that helps enhance psychic abilities, dreaming & divination with access to the spirit world. She’s incredibly powerful in flavor with a sweetness that works well with Cottonwood honey to balance the bitter acrid flavor of Artemesia. In Indigenous & European folklore, Cottonwood is a sacred tree of the Underworld, her blood red stinky buds ground us while relieving tension & pain. Conjured under the Full & Dark Moons of Summer & Winter. 🌚 Black Cottonwood buds bleed sticky red aromatic resin: Salicylic Acid, rich in salicin & poplin which is extremely pain-reliving, anti-inflammatory & anti-microbial. (The compounds ph*rma pain relievers are made from) This resin is known to help soothe sore muscles, bruises, tension/body aches, sprains & so much more. Poplar (Populus) translates to “people’s tree” - they are prolific here in the PNW & comes with a lot of Indigenous lore. They're considered the Tree of Life by tribes who held community ceremony of prayer, dance & offerings in a circle around young Black Cottonwoods ~ making medicine with their leaves, twigs, bark & resinous buds. They're known as a deeply protective tree, whom also grow in Southern & Central parts of Europe. The resin of Cottonwood is used as lung medicine, sucking on the resin is known to help relieve sore throat and various lung ails. In European Folklore, they're considered to be a bridge between the worlds, of light and dark, life and death. They're a sacred tree of the Underworld, to Persephone & Hecate, and a deeply powerful physical & spiritual pain healer. The sweet vanilla scent of her buds are also considered an aphrodisiac; conjuring feelings of sensuality, deep passion & comfort. *As always, no essential oils, no preservatives, no additives, no fragrances.
