Light your candle, put away the distractions, and give yourself a moment that's entirely yours. 3. Reflect + set your intention. Use your monthly prompts and ritual to check in with yourself and decide what you want to invite into the month ahead. 4. Carry it with you. Your ritual doesn't end when you close your journal. Let your intention guide the choices, habits, and energy you bring into the rest of your month. More Than a Box. It's a Commitment to Yourself. Life moves quickly. It's easy to spend so much time taking care of everything around us that we forget to check in with ourselves.
