More Info. Integrative Digestive Formula's combination of traditional Asian and Western naturopathic principles promotes long term digestive health while improving occasional digestive discomfort. Pomegranate Seed promotes digestive activity Pepper Fruit supports circulation, including the circulation of the digestive system, and promotes the absorption of nutrients. Lesser Galangal Rhizome is useful for occasional nausea and support in alleviating occasional gas. Cassia Bark and Chinese Cardamom Fruit are warming herbs recognized for their beneficial compounds and essential oils which support bile secretion and the digestive process. Tangerine Fruit is used for occasional cramping and alleviation of gas, and its flavonoids support healthy liver function. Henon Bamboo Herb promotes free radical scavenging activity. De-Glycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL) Root supports digestive function without the metabolic disadvantages of glycyrrhizinated licorice. Ginger Root supports intestinal movement and fights occasional nausea and gas. Sacred Lotus Seed is used primarily for occasional abdominal cramps, loose stools and gastrointestinal related issues. Digestive Enzyme Support Blend (amylase, alpha-galactosidase, phytase, protease, invertase and lipase) Many digestive complaints are due to the inability of the pancreas to produce enough digestive enzymes. These enzymes have long been prized as natural digestive aids due to their ability to assist in food breakdown and the absorption of nutrients. Integrative Asian Digestive Blend (pomegranate seed, lesser galangal root extract, pepper fruit, cassia bark, Chinese cardamom fruit extract): This blend is designed to detoxify and strengthen the colon, stomach and small intestine and to normalize elimination. It stops the fungus and bacteria overgrowth that cause bloating, diarrhea and gas and supports the proper absorption of nutrients. Traditional Chinese Herbal Digestive Blend (tangerine fruit, de-glycyrrhizinated licorice root, ginger root, henon bamboo herb and sacred lotus seed extract): Combinations of these herbs have been used traditionally for thousands of years to effectively alleviate occasional heartburn and upset stomach, gas and cramps, and nausea. Zinc & Chromium Correct occasional diarrhea, gastric ulcers, and weakened immune function. This doctor-formulated, all-natural combination furnishes your digestive system with the tools that it needs to restore optimal function on its own—leaving you with an efficient, trouble-free gut and the robust health that nature intended. Integrative Digestive Formula® is 100% vegetarian, allergen and gluten free, and contains no artificial flavors, preservatives or colors. All of EcoNugenics supplements are manufactured in a manner that meets or exceeds the current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, as outlined by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
