Handmade Creepy Gothic Plush Doll | Orphan Asylum Gothling Intake #1017

Intake #1017 — "Pale" Orphan Asylum Intake Form Case No.: 1017 Status: Awaiting Adoption She doesn't cast much of a shadow. That's the thing staff notice first — how she seems to hold the light rather than block it, that cool blue-white stillness that makes her look like the last breath of winter, or the moment just before something decides whether to stay or go. She sits with her little wing-arms spread slightly open, neither reaching nor retreating. Simply present. Simply waiting. They call her Pale. Her eyes don't match, which she has never once seemed bothered by. The smaller one is shrewd. The larger one is soft. Together they give her the look of someone who has already considered every possible outcome of this conversation and is being patient with you while you catch up. The heart on her chest is black — deep, deliberate, stitched down with red that stands out against all that cool white like something urgent trying to get through. It isn't a sad heart. It is a serious heart. The red X beneath it feels less like a wound and more like a signature. Like she marked the spot herself and wants you to know exactly where to find it. She is quieter than the others. The kind of quiet that has texture to it. Condition: Handmade. One of a kind. Temperament: Still. Thoughtful. Luminous in low light. Special Notes: She has never once asked for anything. The staff find this the most heartbreaking thing about her. Some residents haunt the Asylum. Pale simply illuminates it — and waits for someone to finally take her home. Once bonded, separation is discouraged.
