INSTEP GUARDS

Stop Limping Home From Training! You've done this... Throw a kick just to catch an elbow or a knee right on the instep then spend the next week icing your ankle instead of training. It's the most common injury in striking — and the most preventable. Your shin guards protect your shins, but they all have a gap that leaves your ankle completely exposed. That's what we built this for. The Instep Guard sits over your ankle and under your shin guards. Padded for protection right where you need it most, and slim enough that it doesn't restrict your movement or add bulk under your shin guards.  The padding can be adjusted to cover your your instep or your lower shin, so that the impact-dispersing foam can minimize ankle injuries or protect existing injuries. Built for: Muay Thai & kickboxing training/sparring MMA training/sparring Anyone who's been told "just aim your kicks better" one too many times Features: High-density foam padding over the instep Adjustable pad position Silicone grip bands — reduce slipping mid-round Slim profile fits under any standard shin pad Available in Black and Red 30-Day Guarantee — If your gear shows up damaged, defective, or fails because of a genuine product fault within 30 days — that's on us, we'll make it right. No hoops. 📐 Sizing note: Check the sizing chart before ordering. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up.
