Instant Creamery

Ruby Coffee Roasters' beloved Creamery Seasonal Blend—sweet, approachable, endlessly drinkable—now travels with you in instant form. Partnering with Swift Coffee's innovative freeze-drying process, Ruby has captured the full flavor profile of their signature blend in a format that dissolves immediately in hot or cold water. No compromises, no bitterness, no excuses. Just real specialty coffee, anywhere you find yourself without a kettle. Tasting NotesInstant Creamery delivers the same milk chocolate sweetness, hazelnut warmth, and balanced acidity that make the original Creamery a year-round favorite. The body is smooth and clean, the finish sweet and lingering. Swift's slow freeze-drying preserves the aromatics that typically vanish in conventional instant processing—you'll catch hints of brown sugar and toasted grain as soon as you tear open the packet. This isn't survival coffee; it's the coffee you'd choose even if you had options. Brew MethodsPour one packet into 6–8 oz of water—hot for a classic cup, cold for a refreshing iced coffee. Stir briefly and it's ready. No grinder, no brewer, no cleanup. Keep a stash in your travel bag, desk drawer, or glovebox for backcountry mornings, airport delays, or late nights at the office. Each box contains six individually wrapped packets in compostable Biotre material.
