INSECURITY & SELF-CONFIDENCE healing crystals set for root & solar plexus chakra healing and meditation

Your security forms in your root chakra, while your self-confidence arises from the solar plexus chakra. The two often go hand in hand. If you've never felt secure, it is difficult to have any type of self-confidence. To strengthen your self-confidence, you must first take care of any safety and security issues you have and work with your root and solar plexus chakras. A person's higher level needs cannot be addressed until the lower level needs are met. "I am safe, secure, and confident in myself and my life." You can use the crystals in the meditation or carry them with you. If you hold them in your hands, always hold the aspect you'd like to receive (in this case confidence) in your receiving hand, and always hold the aspect you'd like to dispel in your giving hand. This set make an unique gift for those you love that need a little support and a great self-treatment tool to add to your meditation practice.   CRYSTAL INFO: DESERT ROSE SELENITE - can balance and align the root chakra.
