INS-11055 | Pattern Maker

The Opti+ INS-11055 Pattern Maker is designed to produce accurate lens-edging patterns from a demo lens or reference lens. Its straightforward operation, rapid patterning process, and adjustable size control make it a practical companion for compatible lens-edging systems in optical laboratories and eyewear workshops. Outstanding Features Accurate Pattern Production The INS-11055 reproduces the shape of a reference lens to create a pattern suitable for use during the lens-edging process. Fast and Simple Operation Its uncomplicated operating procedure allows technicians to produce patterns quickly and efficiently, supporting a smoother laboratory workflow. Adjustable Pattern Size An integrated size-control knob allows the operator to adjust the final pattern dimensions according to the lens-edging requirements. Secure Lens Positioning The chuck assembly holds the reference lens securely in place during pattern production, helping maintain stable positioning and consistent results. Rotary Cutting System The machine uses a rotating milling cutter to trace and shape the pattern. The same cutter can be used to remove minor burrs from the completed pattern. Compact Laboratory Design Its compact footprint makes the unit suitable for optical laboratories and eyewear workshops where bench space is limited. ✅ The Opti+ INS-11055 Pattern Maker provides fast operation, adjustable sizing, and accurate pattern production for an efficient lens-finishing workflow.
