Ink Bleed for Procreate

GET GRITTY VINTAGE HORROR-COMIC INK IN PROCREATE Say hello to a horror-comics inking system built from vintage ink, grimy print defects, tight-deadline effects, and practical lessons from the artists who shipped under brutal deadlines. With Ink Bleed, you get 15 horror-inspired inkers, 5 shaders and washes, and 5 defect brushes designed to help clean digital artwork feel rougher, darker, and more alive — like it was pulled from the pages of a vintage horror comic or monster magazine. Everything you need for old-school comic inking. Authentic vintage-comic linework. Every nib mimics real ink on absorbent newsprint with natural bleed, tooth, and pressure response. Built-in print defects. Dedicated brushes for misregistration, dot gain, foxing, and paper wear. Get the little details right that bring magic to your work. A complete inking system. 15 distressed inkers, 5 shaders & washes, and 5 defect brushes cover line, tone, and texture in a single workflow. Real halftone & stipple shading. Dirty Halftone, Dirty Line, and Dirty Stipple shaders, plus soft and hard ink washes, give you a true comic tone. Made from real references. Built from scans of real inked artwork and vintage four-color printing, so the imperfections read as printed, not rendered. Drop-in ready. Import the set and ink. No setup, no fighting your tools, no plastic-perfect strokes to undo. Working in the Dark. An inspiring guide that turns stories about EC Comics, Warren, Eerie Publications, and others into practical lessons for shipping faster, working with constraints, building repeatable creative systems, and more. We didn't just make another grunge brush pack. Most "horror" or "comic" ink brushes are either too clean (modern, even lines with a frustratingly smooth plastic look) or too generic, with over-the-top, scratchy grunge texture applied to everything. Ink Bleed was built differently. Rooted in the pre-Code horror comics of roughly 1948–1955, printed hot and cheap on four-color newsprint. The result is inking that feels like it survived the Comics Code instead of being born after it.
