Tailored specifically for GM Diesel trucks equipped with the Duramax engine, the Evolution cold air intakes are meticulously crafted in the USA from cross-linked high-density polyethylene, ensuring unparalleled durability. Featuring stainless steel hardware and automotive-grade urethane couplers, this intake system promises an easy installation process without the need for aftermarket tuning, delivering exceptional horsepower and torque gains. Engineered with precision and tested extensively on Injen's in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while enhancing performance, the Evolution intakes boast a 2-piece box design incorporating a boost plenum, a massive 360-degree SuperNano-Web dry air filter, and a smooth Rotomolded induction tube for reduced restriction levels. Each Injen Evolution air induction system employs the company's proprietary SuperNano-Web dry air filters, known for their large size and super-deep pleats, some measuring over 1.25 inches deep. Additionally, the SHUR-LOCK mounting system ensures a non-slip seal for the air filter. The Evolution cold air intake system maximizes available space under the hood to optimize breathing room and deliver extreme performance. With features like the Roto-molded Housing and Boost Plenum for hassle-free installation, a custom-designed Roto-molded Intake Tube for significant power gains, and quality hardware including Stainless Steel Band Clamps and reinforced silicone couplers, this system is engineered for perfect fitment and secure performance.
