BMW B58 Injector Dynamics

ID1050 The ID1050x is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport, and is the result of lessons learned during development of the ID1300x, and ID1700x. Like the ID1300x and ID1700x, the ID1050x is not a modified production component. It is a built to spec motorsport injector, offering optimization of critical operating parameters important to you, the motorsport tuner. Compared to the original ID1000, the ID1050x offers: Corrosion resistant internals make it compatible with all known fuels Capable of extended service life with corrosive fuels. Compact body allows fitment in 200+ applications, including current and future engines utilizing short body injectors. Improved internal flow path increases output by 5% without sacrificing low flow performance. Stronger magnetic circuit offers stable operation up to 10 bar. Replaceable inlet filter to extend service life. ID1300 The ID1300x² is an all new injector, designed in partnership with Bosch Motorsport. This high flow injector was designed with alternative fuels in mind, and was originally the only performance injector available with all stainless internals. It is compatible with all known fuels, and will stand up to the corrosive nature of alcohol better than any injector on the market. While the ID1300x² was designed with an eye towards ethanol fueled engines, it has a minimum fuel mass compatible with gasoline use, and will provide exceptional idle and cruise behavior under these conditions. ID1750 The ID1750 is the successor to the ID1700, featuring numerous improvements. Compared to the 1700, the 1750 offers: Higher Dynamic Flow Rate With no Increase in Minimum Fuel Mass. Better Cylinder to Cylinder Balance at Low Pulsewidths. Improved Pressure Sensitivity. All while retaining the same “Compatible with everything but dirt” corrosion resistance that made the ID1700 famous. Basic Specifications:  Nominal Flow Rate – 1728cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi), Using E10 Emissions Certification Fuel at 49 Degrees C (120F) Maximum Differential Fuel Pressure – 7.0 Bar (101.5 psi) Fuel Compatibility – Compatible with Methanol/Ethanol/MTBE/Nitromethane/All Known Hydrocarbon Fuels. Electrical Connector – USCAR ID2600 The ID2600-XDS is the most recent offering from the partnership of Injector Dynamics and Bosch Motorsport. The ID2600-XDS was developed specifically for use with liquid fuels, featuring corrosion resistant internals, and long term compatibility with ethanol and methanol. The ID2600-XDS has the highest flow rate of any injector offered by Bosch, and flows 50% more than the ID1700x. The ID2600-XDS benefits from Dual Slope Matching, a method of matching the flow rate in both the linear, and nonlinear operating range, providing better cylinder to cylinder consistency at low pulse widths. Basic Specifications:  Nominal Flow Rate – 2600cc/min @ 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) Maximum Differential Fuel Pressure – 9.0 Bar (130.5 psi) – Requires Minimum 11volt. Fuel Compatibility – Compatible with Methanol/Ethanol/All Known Hydrocarbons. NOT Compatible with Ethers (MTBE, ETBE, TAME) or Nitro Methane Electrical Connector – USCAR Not compatible with OEM Fuel System; must use Port Injection Kit.  BMW B58 Gen 1 Applications: 1 Series 2016-2019     F20/F21     M140i 2 Series 2016-2019     F22/F23     M240i 3 Series 2015-2019     F30/F31     340i / 340i xDrive 2016-2019     F34     340i GT / 340i GT xDrive 4 Series 2016-2020     F32/F33/F36     440i / 440i xDrive 5 Series 2016-2019     G30/G31     540i / 540i xDrive 6 Series 2017-2019     G32     640i GT / 640i GT xDrive 7 Series 2015-2019     G11/G12     740i / 740i xDrive X3 Series 2017-2019     G01     X3 M40i X4 Series 2018-2019     G02     X4 M40i BMW B58 Gen 2 Applications: 3 Series 2019-Present     G20/G21     M340i / M340i xDrive 4 Series 2020-Present     G22/G23/G26     M440i / M440i xDrive Z Series 2019-Present     G29     Z4 M40i 5 Series 2020-Present     G30/G31 LCI     540i / 540i xDrive 6 Series 2020-Present     G32 LCI     640i GT / GT 640i xDrive  7 Series 2019-Present     G11/G12 LCI     740i / 740i xDrive X3 Series 2020-Present     G01     X3 M40i X4 Series 2020-Present     G02     X4 M40i X5 Series 2018-Present     G05     X5 xDrive40i X6 Series 2019-Present     G06     X6 xDrive40i X7 Series 2018-Present     G07     X7 xDrive40i ALPINA B58 Gen 2 Applications: B3 Series 2020-Present     G20/G21     B3 B4 Series 2022-Present     G22     B4 B5 Series 2020-Present     G30     B5 XB7 Series 2020-Present     G07     XB7 Toyota B58 Gen 2 Applications: A90 / A91 Supra 2020-Present     GR Supra 3.0     2020-Present     GR Supra 3.0 Premium     2021-Present     GR Supra 3.0 A91 Edition
