Desk Tree with Initials and Tally Marks

Celebrate the story you’ve grown together — one year, one milestone, one memory at a time. Our Mini Tree design brings all the meaning of our classic anniversary tree into a smaller 4” x 7” size — perfect for desks, shelves, or gifting multiples. Each piece is personalized with your initials inside the carved heart and hash marks beneath to represent your years together. Hand-crafted from Baltic birch in our Texas studio, every tree is engraved, sanded, and finished with care to create a keepsake that lasts. Simply choose the color, and let us know the Initials and number of hash marks (optional) you want included in the form fields.  See all standard color options in the photo gallery. Please message us if you have any questions or special color requests.
