Product Overview The Custom Inflatable Race Arch is built for race directors and event producers who need a start/finish line structure that reads clearly on camera, carries sponsor logos at scale, and sets up without a crew. The shot everyone takes at the finish line Every finisher photograph frames your arch. At a marathon, 5K, or cycling gran fondo, that arch appears in thousands of participant photos, sponsor recap decks, and post-race social posts. The branding real estate compounds well beyond race day. Sponsor logos at a size that actually registers A 20-30ft arch gives you enough real estate to run primary sponsor logos at a readable size from 50 feet away. The 30ft carries over 150 sq ft of printable surface across the top panel and both legs. That's enough for a title sponsor at center and two presenting sponsors on the legs, with none of them competing for space. Two-person setup, no tools required Race morning doesn't leave room for complicated equipment. The blower inflates the arch in under 10 minutes, stakes and D-rings are included, and your volunteers can handle it start to finish. No vendor on-site required. Sizes & Branding Area Dimensions pulled from official production proofs (angled arch). Inner span is the usable road or lane width beneath the arch. Width Inner Span Clearance Height Printable Area Starting Price 15ft 10.5' 7.87' ~49 sq ft From $1,045 20ft 14.76' 9.02' ~75 sq ft From $1,120 25ft 19.69' 9.68' ~97 sq ft From $1,669 30ft 22.31' 11.15' ~153 sq ft From $2,159 Per-side figures for the angled shape. Round and square arches carry more surface at the same width. Artwork templates for all sizes and shapes come with your quote. Branding Zones Each arch prints across three zones. Most race directors slot a different sponsor tier into each one. Top Center Panel The primary horizontal band at the crown. On the 15ft arch it runs 5.91' wide; on the 30ft, 14.76'. Camera exposure peaks here, so title sponsors and event logos almost always land in this zone. Leg Panels (x2) Tall vertical panels on each side. The 30ft legs run 14.76' tall by 3.61' wide, which works out to 53 sq ft per leg. Runners read them on the approach; spectators and photographers read them from the side. Standard placement for presenting sponsors. Velcro Banner Zone A removable panel centered on the crown, inset from the top band. You can swap it without deflating the arch. Useful for rotating sponsor messaging across multi-day events, or updating it year to year without reprinting the full arch. Continuous Air vs. Sealed Air The decision comes down to one question: does your venue have reliable power near the finish line? Continuous Air Road races with power access. The blower runs the whole time, so the arch holds its shape across a multi-hour event even in heat or wind. You need a standard 3-prong outlet or a 100v 650w generator within cable distance of the finish line. Sealed Air Remote venues and off-grid events. Inflate once, disconnect, done. No blower noise, no power cord, no generator. The right call for trail races and courses where a power source anywhere near the finish line isn't realistic. Available in 600D polyester only. Material Both print full color. The choice comes down to how often the arch goes up and what conditions it faces. 300D Polyester 3-Year Warranty Annual events, moderate conditions. Lighter and easier to pack. It holds up well for a once-a-year race series as long as you store it properly in the off-season. Continuous air only. 600D Polyester 5-Year Warranty Multi-event deployment, demanding outdoor conditions. Thicker weave. Handles UV, wind, and repeated setup cycles without showing wear. Race management companies running the same arch across 10+ events a year typically go with 600D. Frequently Asked Questions How much does a custom race arch cost? Pricing starts at $1,045 for a 15ft continuous air arch in 300D polyester. The top end is $4,250 for a 30ft sealed air arch in 600D. Width and inflation type drive most of the price difference. Shape and material move it less. Request a quote for an exact number based on your configuration. How much branding area do I get? Depends on the width. The 15ft gives you roughly 49 sq ft across the top panel and both legs. The 30ft gives you roughly 153 sq ft, which is enough for a title sponsor at the top center panel (14.76' x 3.12') and two presenting sponsors on the legs at 53 sq ft each. Every size includes the Velcro removable banner zone at the crown for swappable messaging. Artwork templates with exact panel dimensions per size come with your quote. How long does production take? 5-8 business days after artwork approval. Your quote includes a concept rendering so you can review the design before it goes to production. Door to door, plan for 2-3 weeks to give yourself time for revisions and shipping ahead of race day. What artwork do you need from me? Vector files work best: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-res PNG or JPG at 150dpi minimum also works. If you're placing sponsor logos on the arch, collect them from your sponsors before submitting. File issues get flagged during proofing, and nothing goes to print without your sign-off. Can the arch handle wind? Yes. Stakes, tie-down ropes, and D-rings are included for ground anchoring. Continuous air arches hold shape in gusts because the blower maintains internal pressure the whole time. For sealed air arches at exposed venues, weight bags at the base legs are worth adding. They're available as an add-on. Can I reuse the arch for multiple events? Yes, and most race directors do. Store it deflated in the carry bag between events. A 600D arch will hold up for 5+ years with proper care. The 300D makes more sense for an annual race with careful off-season storage, not for a company running events back to back through the summer. Do you ship internationally? Yes. Canada, the UK, Australia, and other destinations. Get in touch before ordering and we'll quote the shipping to your location.
