It tightens clockwise and is not compatible with left-hand–threaded arbors or right-tilt saws. A Better Arbor Nut Design Traditional arbor nuts use a separate nut and flange—easy to drop inside the saw and often too bulky for wide dado stacks. When cutting dados, these parts can take up valuable arbor length, reducing thread engagement and compromising safety. The SuperNut solves these issues with a compact, one-piece design that integrates the flange and nut. Nothing to lose, nothing to fumble, and full thread engagement even with wide dado sets.
