Infinity Tools Insert-Pro Interior Door Making Shaper Cutter System, 1-1/4" Bore

Insert-Pro Rail & Stile for Interior & Exterior Doors Our Insert-Pro Shaper System offers the very best in quality and versatility for your shaping needs. Precision machined from durable aircraft-grade aluminum, the tool bodies feature a tough anodized finish for years of service in your shop. We use only the highest quality C4 micro-grain carbide for the replaceable cutting knives, and precision grind each one to a mirror finish and razor sharp edge. Our exclusive new door making system accepts five popular profiles for making custom interior and exterior doors. Simply re-stack the cutters to make both the rail and stile cuts as shown in the illustration. These sets make 1-3/8" thick doors. For thicker Exterior Doors (1-3/4") make sure to add our optional Exterior Door Making Kit (item 84-058). Each cutter head has a 1-1/4" bore and a diameter of 4-3/4" and produce a 5/8" wide tenon. To produce doors with tenons up to 2" wide, see our exclusive Extended Tenon Cutter Heads. Follow this link for replacement insert knives or for additional door profiles. They're also useful for setting your fence for straight stock. Want to make arched top doors? Pick up a 3-1/2" diameter Infinity Tools Rub Collar (RUB-105) here. Don't have a 1-1/4" Spindle?
